Job summary

Ctc is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager / Scrum Master in Mexico to drive infrastructure and operations initiatives across cloud, security, and integrations. You will blend traditional project management with Agile practices to ensure on-time delivery and stakeholder alignment.

The role requires coordinating across infrastructure teams, vendors, and business units while maintaining governance and visibility in Jira. Strong communication and global project experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of IT Project Management experience.
• Strong knowledge of Waterfall, Hybrid, and Agile methodologies.
• Hands-on Agile/Scrum experience and Jira.
• Strong stakeholder management and vendor coordination.
• Experience leading cross-functional IT teams in a global environment.
• Excellent communication and executive reporting abilities.
• Solid understanding of infrastructure, cloud, security, networking, and IT operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end IT infrastructure and operations projects from initiation through closure.
• Manage project scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, stakeholders, budgets, and governance activities.
• Coordinate delivery across infrastructure, cloud, security, architecture, operations, business teams, and external vendors.
• Facilitate project status reviews, decision-making forums, and executive communications.
• Support Agile delivery by facilitating sprint ceremonies and maintaining project visibility within Jira.
• Identify, manage, and elevate risks, issues, and blockers impacting project outcomes.
• Drive operational readiness, implementation planning, and post-deployment activities.
• Promote continuous improvement, collaboration, transparency, and accountability across teams.
