astreya is seeking a Project & Program Management III to plan and coordinate internal information system projects from initiation to delivery. The role handles network/server/software implementations, upgrades, and PC deployments, aligning resources and budgets for on-time delivery.

The position requires coordinating with IT staff and internal clients, managing milestones, risks, and documentation, and driving process improvements across teams to ensure successful project outcomes.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with several years of project management experience.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and vendors across project lifecycles.
• Strong communication, documentation and reporting skills.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and risk management.

Responsabilidades

• Manage multiple, complex, cross-functional projects from initiation to delivery.
• Partner with functional teams during initiation, plan, design, procurement, deployment, and post deployment.
• Maintain project milestones, timelines, and deliverables.
• Create and maintain project documentation (schedules, risk analysis, reviews).
• Define scope with stakeholders and manage change throughout lifecycle.
• Apply KPIs to measure performance and provide status updates.
• Drive improvements across teams and mitigate risks.
