Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in a large manufacturing setting, strong communication skills, and a solid grasp of Agile methodologies, risk and budget management, and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a large, international corporate manufacturing environment.
• Process improvement and reengineering experience.
• Experience with Real-Time Operating Systems.
• Cybersecurity knowledge is beneficial.
• Knowledge of SMT, ERP, MES and WMS processes.
• PMLC (Project Life Cycle Management) experience.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean).
• Strong risk, budget and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple IT project portfolios within IT Global Business Services.
• Lead cross-functional teams across business and IT to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Communicate progress and status to stakeholders at all levels.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks; manage budgets and schedules.
