Job summary

Sanmina Corporation is seeking a Program Manager to drive customer service and program management with a focus on on-time delivery, quotations and shipment processes. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and strong English skills, along with experience in coordinating cross-functional teams and customer interactions.

The candidate should be capable of managing reports, logs, and yields, and be flexible for meetings outside normal hours, including site visits as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Administration, International business, Finance or related field.
• English proficiency at least 90%.
• Minimum 4 years experience in customer service or program management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee OTD, PPV, ECO, E&O, Quotation Process, Action Logs, Yields and customer requests/reports.
• Understand shipment methods and incoterms; manage related processes.
• Coordinate and accommodate customer visits and plant tours; adapt to calls/meetings outside standard hours.
