Job summary

Sanmina Corporation is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to lead multiple IT projects within its Global Business Services team. The role focuses on driving project lifecycle from initiation to closure, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring alignment with business goals.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in a large manufacturing setting, strong communication skills, and a solid grasp of Agile methodologies, risk and budget management, and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a large, international corporate manufacturing environment.
• Process improvement and reengineering experience.
• Experience with Real-Time Operating Systems.
• Cybersecurity knowledge is beneficial.
• Knowledge of SMT, ERP, MES and WMS processes.
• PMLC (Project Life Cycle Management) experience.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean).
• Strong risk, budget and stakeholder management.

Projects will range in size and complexity and will focus on specific business areas or functions. Some will involve business process change and IT aspects. Projects may target productivity improvement, cost reduction, total cost of ownership reduction (through improved system architecture) and/or compliance enhancement. You will be expected to work closely with business stakeholders and become a trusted advisor in technology, solutions development and process improvement execution. You will work collaboratively & cross-functionally to manage successful execution of all approved and agreed projects. You will also be working closely with both the business & IT leadership team to regularly report progress and status
