Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Senior Cloud Patch Manager to own and drive patching programs across AWS, Azure, GCP, and hybrid environments. You will establish standards, SLAs, and governance while coordinating monthly, quarterly, and emergency patch cycles.

You will lead cross-functional teams, optimize vulnerability remediation, and report metrics to executives. Strong scripting, IaC, and ServiceNow CMDB expertise are required, with certifications welcome.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in Cloud Operations, Infrastructure Operations, Security Operations, or Vulnerability Management.
• 5+ years of experience managing enterprise patching and remediation programs.
• Strong experience with Azure, AWS, and GCP cloud environments.
• Deep understanding of OS, cloud infra, networking, and security controls.
• Experience with vulnerability management and security monitoring platforms.
• Lead cross-functional programs in large enterprises.
• ServiceNow CMDB and Configuration Management knowledge.
• Experience with vulnerability platforms (Tenable, Qualys, Rapid7, Defender).
• Experience with Intune/Microsoft Endpoint Manager, Azure Update Manager, and AWS Systems Manager Patch Manager.

Responsabilidades

• Own and manage patch management across AWS, Azure, GCP, and hybrid environments.
• Establish patching standards, governance, schedules, and ops procedures.
• Plan and execute monthly, quarterly, emergency, and weekend patching activities.
• Remediate vulnerabilities within SLA timelines.

• Monitor tool coverage, agent health, and reporting accuracy.
• Drive CMDB accuracy and cloud asset governance in ServiceNow.
• Develop dashboards and KPI reporting for patch compliance and remediation.
• Provide executive summaries to senior leadership.
• Coordinate maintenance-window communications and validation.
• Automate patch deployment, reporting, and remediation processes.
• Collaborate with multiple teams and vendors.

• Own and manage Honeywell's cloud and infrastructure patch management process across AWS, Azure, GCP, and hybrid environments
• Establish patching standards, governance, maintenance schedules, and operational procedures
• Plan, coordinate, and execute monthly, quarterly, emergency, and weekend patching activities
• Ensure critical and high-risk vulnerabilities are remediated within established SLA timelines
• Coordinate patching and vulnerability remediation across business units and technology teams
• Lead deployment, onboarding, configuration, and maintenance of cloud security and vulnerability management platforms
• Monitor security tool coverage, agent health, platform effectiveness, and reporting accuracy
• Drive CMDB accuracy, completeness, compliance, and cloud asset governance within ServiceNow
• Develop dashboards and KPI reporting for patch compliance, vulnerability remediation, CMDB health, and security tool coverage
• Provide weekly and monthly status reporting and executive-level summaries to senior leadership
• Coordinate maintenance-window communications, testing, validation, rollback planning, and post-maintenance verification
• Automate patch deployment, reporting, compliance tracking, and vulnerability remediation processes
• Collaborate with Cloud Engineering, Infrastructure Operations, Cybersecurity, Application Owners, Enterprise Architecture, Compliance teams, vendors, and managed service providers
• Communicate technical risks and remediation strategies to technical and executive audiences

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field
• 8+ years of experience in Cloud Operations, Infrastructure Operations, Security Operations, or Vulnerability Management
• 5+ years of experience managing enterprise patching and remediation programs
• Strong experience with Azure, AWS, and GCP cloud environments
• Deep understanding of operating systems, cloud infrastructure, networking, and security controls
• Experience administering or supporting vulnerability management and security monitoring platforms
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience leading cross-functional operational programs in large enterprise environments
• ServiceNow CMDB and Configuration Management knowledge
• Experience with vulnerability management platforms including Tenable, Qualys, Rapid7, and Microsoft Defender
• Experience with Microsoft Endpoint Manager / Intune, Azure Update Manager, and AWS Systems Manager Patch Manager
• Linux and Windows Server Administration
• PowerShell, Python, and automation scripting
• Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, Bicep, or CloudFormation
