FedEx Express in Mexico City is seeking an Auditor or Senior Auditor to join the Internal Audit team. You will execute financial, operational, and information systems audits and collaborate with stakeholders to strengthen controls and drive efficiency.

The role emphasizes risk management, governance, and process improvement across global operations, with exposure to diverse business functions and strategic audits.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Experience leading financial, operational, and/or information systems audits.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
• Experience working with audit tools, data analytics, or computer-assisted audit techniques.
• Ability to influence and communicate effectively with management and executive leadership.
• Experience mentoring or coaching team members is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Execute audit program steps for financial, operational, and information systems audits under the guidance of senior audit leadership.
• Support audit planning, testing, documentation, and reporting activities.
• Ensure audit assignments are completed within established timelines and budget requirements.
• Assist in preparing audit reports and presentations for management and leadership teams.
• Conduct interviews and gather information from employees across multiple business functions.
• Participate in meetings with management to discuss audit observations and support action plan development.
• Help build strong partnerships with stakeholders to promote collaboration and effective risk management.
• Stay current on audit methodologies, industry trends, and quality improvement practices.
