FedEx Express in Mexico City is seeking an experienced senior Accounts Payable professional to support Americas operations. You will manage complex AP transactions, oversee vendor relationships, and drive end-to-end P2P processes.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, 5 years of AP experience, strong knowledge of fraud controls and month-end close, advanced Excel, and English at C1.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in Accounts Payable or accounting operations.
• Experience handling escalations and complex vendor relationships.
• Knowledge of fraud detection, financial controls, month-end close, and reconciliations.
• Experience with multi-country or Americas-wide operations is a plus.
• Oracle Cloud AP experience is highly desirable.
• Shared Services / CoE experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Manage complex Accounts Payable transactions and serve as an escalation point.
• Oversee vendor relationships, payments, exceptions and reconciliations.
• Support end-to-end P2P processes and resolve complex operational issues.
• Identify risks and strengthen financial controls, compliance and SOX processes.
• Analyze AP performance, escalations and backlog drivers to identify improvements.
• Lead and support process improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, Operations and senior stakeholders.
• Coach and support junior team members.
