Genesys is hiring a Sr Application Developer, Integrations to design and operate cloud-native integrations across Salesforce, Zuora Billing, Workday, and AWS. You will own end-to-end solutions, craft robust data mappings, and strengthen data integrity for Order-to-Cash processes while leveraging Bedrock and SageMaker for AI-enabled workflows.

You will work with platform, data, and finance teams to deliver scalable, observable, and cost-controlled integration patterns in a remote Mexico

Formación

• 5+ years of experience building and supporting cloud-based integration solutions with AWS.
• Hands-on with at least two AWS serverless or messaging services (API Gateway, Lambda, EventBridge, SQS, or SNS).
• Design REST APIs, API-led integrations, or event-driven messaging architectures.
• Integration experience with Salesforce, Zuora Billing, or Workday APIs.
• Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash processes and related data relationships.
• Practical experience with Bedrock, AWS AI services, or equivalent AI capabilities in production.
• Familiar with infrastructure-as-code (CloudFormation, Terraform) and CI/CD practices.
• Excellent cross-functional communication and collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Design scalable, cloud-native integrations across Salesforce, Zuora Billing, Workday, and AWS services.
• Own integration solutions end to end with clear data mappings and error handling.
• Strengthen data integrity across order-to-cash processes and enterprise systems.
• Apply API and event-driven patterns with proper authentication and governance.
• Diagnose failures across services, tracing issues end to end.
• Develop serverless infrastructure with IaC and automated tests/CI/CD.
• Build AI-enabled integrations using Bedrock and SageMaker within governance guardrails.
• Collaborate with platform, data, finance, and application teams to create reusable patterns.
• Provide Tier 2/3 production support and drive reliability improvements.
