Job summary

TE Connectivity Corporation in Hermosillo, Mexico is seeking a Senior Manufacturing & Process Development Engineer focused on molding to lead development, validation, and optimization of injection molding processes. You will drive process excellence, handle NPIs and transfers, and mentor teams in a high-volume manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Industrial, Electromechanical, Plastics Engineering or related field.
Advanced training or certifications in Injection Molding, Scientific Molding, Advanced Manufacturing, Lean, Six Sigma or Project Management preferred.
Intermediate to Advanced English proficiency.

Responsibilities

Develop, validate, and optimize manufacturing and injection molding processes.
Monitor process performance to improve quality, scrap, cycle time, and productivity.
Lead NPIs, manufacturing transfers, and process validations.
Drive root cause investigations and corrective actions.
Mentor engineers, technicians, and production personnel.
