TE Connectivity Corporation is seeking a Sr MFG & Process DVL Engineer - Molding to develop and industrialize injection molds for new and existing products. You will work with product development, quality, and project management teams to bring molds from concept to launch.

The role requires 5–8 years in mold design/processing, proficiency in Creo/SolidWorks and Moldflow/MoldEx 3D, and bilingual English/Spanish communication. Travel up to 30% is expected, with onsite responsibilities in Mexico.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Plastics Engineering.
• 5-8 years of experience in mold design and processing.
• Proficient in PTC Creo or SolidWorks with 3D modeling.
• Proficient in flow simulation using Autodesk Moldflow or MoldEx 3D.
• Knowledge of mold making trades and geometric tolerance techniques.
• Professional proficiency in English and Spanish, including technical discussions.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% domestically and internationally.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and industrialize molding tools for new and existing products.
• Develop and launch new injection molds with cross-functional teams.
• Lead mold design reviews and run at rate analyses.
• Transfer, set up, and qualify molds at final manufacturing location.
• Work with external tooling vendors to develop molds.
