GEST MEX 2022 is seeking an experienced Senior Injection Process Technician – Robotics to join our new plastic injection manufacturing operation in El Marqués, Querétaro. This hands-on role focuses on process setup, troubleshooting and robotic cell operation to achieve stable production.
You will work with injection machines, molds, peripherals and robots, lead mold changes, optimize parameters and help train operators while collaborating with Quality, Production and Maintenance teams.
Formación
- Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience in plastic injection molding.
- Experience with hydraulic and/or electric injection molding machines.
- Experience with industrial robotic systems in injection molding applications.
Responsabilidades
- Set up, start up and optimize plastic injection molding processes.
- Perform mold changes and machine setup.
- Define and adjust injection parameters to achieve stable production.
- Troubleshoot molding defects and process instability.
- Operate and troubleshoot robotic cells in injection molding.
- Support setup and troubleshooting of auxiliaries and peripherals.
- Train operators and junior technicians in molding and robotics.
