Schneider Electric is seeking an experienced Manufacturing/Industrialization Engineer to lead complex industrialization initiatives across global operations. You will drive new line development, equipment deployment, assembly process optimization, and large-scale localization and capacity expansion.

The role requires strong project execution in plant environments, PFMEA/AMEF expertise, and collaboration with Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, and Operations. English fluency is essential.

Formación

• 7-8+ years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering, Process Engineering, or Industrialization.
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Mechatronics Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience leading assembly line development and plant implementation projects.
• Extensive experience with tooling and equipment development.
• Strong knowledge of PFMEA/AMEF, work instructions, and manufacturing documentation.
• Basic to intermediate understanding of automation and PLCs.
• Experience with manufacturing process and layout design.
• Advanced English.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.

Responsabilidades

• Lead industrialization projects from concept through production implementation.
• Develop and optimize assembly processes, manufacturing layouts, and line architecture.
• Define specifications, selection, qualification, and deployment of manufacturing equipment and tooling.
• Lead localization, production transfer, and capacity expansion initiatives.
• Drive PFMEA/AMEF, work instructions, process standards, and manufacturing documentation.
• Partner with global Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, and Operations teams to ensure project success.
• Identify opportunities for cost reduction, productivity improvement, and quality enhancement.
• Support automation projects and manufacturing technology implementation.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership.
• Travel up to 50-70% across North America and other global manufacturing locations.
