Schneider Electric is seeking a Power Products NAM Industrialization Senior Engineer II to lead the part development process from concept through tool transfer in all phases of the new product development cycle, adhering to OLM and Agile methodologies.

The role requires a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical/Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering or equivalent and 5+ years in manufacturing engineering with metal fabrication experience, including stamping, forming, and die design.

Formación

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical/Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
• 5+ years in manufacturing engineering with metal fabrication experience.
• Experience in metal stamping, forming processes and die design.
• Experience with ProE or similar 3D CAD software.
• Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma certification desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Lead tool transfer and part development across NPD cycles.
• Define tooling strategy and evaluate cost and capacity.
• Coordinate with procurement and suppliers for tooling and qualification.
• Maintain technical records and drive continuous improvement.
• Travel up to 30% as required.

Educación

Bachelor of Science in Mechanical/Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering or equivalent

Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma certification (desirable)
