Schneider Electric is seeking an experienced manufacturing leader to oversee Methods-maintenance and drive performance through team leadership, resource alignment, and training plans for standardized work.

You will enforce HSE and quality processes on the shop floor, manage Master Production Schedule development, and lead change management while mentoring a skilled team.

The ideal candidate holds a ME/IE/EE degree, 8+ years in engineering and maintenance, and strong English skills.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in ME, IE, EE or related field; master's preferred.
• Management and leadership in a manufacturing environment.
• 8+ years in engineering and maintenance.
• Experience in management role.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing methodologies; certification a plus.
• Advanced English.

Responsabilidades

• Enforce compliance with HSE and 5S on the shop floor, including managing reported incidents and near misses.
• Enforce compliance with quality system and proper application of defined processes and procedures to meet quality targets.
• Adapt resources by integrating economic criteria and balance load per MPS and customer portfolio.
• Participate in the development of Master Production Schedule.
• Manage the team per SPS/SIM rules and plant cycle events.
• Provide people management including goal setting, performance management, competency development, recognition and engagement.
• Define training axes according to competencies and missions.
• Lead change management and social impacts.
• Provide know-how and industrial expertise for PCO projects.
