Corning Incorporated is seeking a Senior Industrial Engineer in Reynosa, MX to lead manufacturing process optimization, capacity planning, and cost-reduction initiatives. You will design and validate manufacturing systems, routings, and labor standards within SAP/ERP/MES environments and collaborate across functions to ensure scalable, automated operations.

Formación

• 5+ years of manufacturing industrial engineering experience.
• Experience in capacity analysis, time studies, line balancing, and cost modeling.
• Experience defining and maintaining routings, BOMs, product structures, or cost structures in SAP/ERP/MES.
• Familiarity with SAP, ERP, MES, PLM, and process simulation tools.
• Conversational English.

Responsabilidades

• Lead process optimization initiatives using IE tools (time studies, workflow analysis, line balancing).
• Develop and maintain baselines (cycle time, takt time, throughput, WIP, capacity).
• Support Lean initiatives (5S, Kaizen, Standard Work, Visual Management and waste reduction).
• Define and maintain routings, work centers, standard times, and labor standards in SAP/ERP/MES.
• Align BOMs and product structures with Engineering, PLM, Finance, and Supply Chain.
• Support transformation and automation projects by defining system requirements and data needs.
• Ensure cost model accuracy and assist cost roll-up in SAP/ERP.
• Develop and monitor performance metrics and lead corrective actions for data accuracy and planning.
