Gulfstream is seeking an experienced engineer to lead Lean manufacturing initiatives and optimize aerospace production processes in Mexicali. You will apply lean tools and manage data to drive improvements across layouts, processes, and safety, coordinating equipment delivery and focusing on customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in projects, strong communication, and fluency in English. Knowledge of CATIA/AutoCAD and Power BI is valued, with travel availability as needed.

Formación

• Professional degree in aerospace or mechatronics engineering or similar.
• Strong command of English, conversational level around 80%.
• Experience in machining processes, data management, and Power BI.
• 5+ years of experience in projects or similar roles.
• Lean manufacturing and project management skills.
• Strong communication, teamwork, discipline, punctuality.

Qualifications

• Professional degree: Aerospace Eng., Mechatronics Eng., or similar
• English 80% conversational
• Experience in machining processes, data managment, power BI
• +5 year of experience in proyects or similar positions
• Lean Manufacturing & Projects Management Skills
• Strong communication skills, Teamwork, discipline commitment and punctuality
• Results-oriented and execution. Presentations and good communication skills 80% English level
• CATIA, Autocad, Lean Manufacturing knowledge. Demonstrated experience in the usage of lean tools as 5'S, RPS, VSM.
• Implementation of improvements focus on efficiency and quality
• Visa / Availability to travel
