Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead on-site construction in Reynosa. You will provide full project management services, oversee the construction effort, and support the client as their representative to deliver successful outcomes.

The role requires 8+ years in construction, an engineering or architecture degree, and fluency in English and Spanish. PMI certification is a plus, and industrial construction experience is valued.

Formación

• 8+ years of experience as a Project Manager in construction.
• PMI certification is a plus.
• Experience in industrial construction projects is a plus.
• Fluent in English and Spanish for meetings, reports and presentations.

Responsabilidades

• Provide full project management services and on-site construction oversight.
• Advise at strategic level during project conception and procurement decisions.
• Manage risks, safety, QA/QC and labor relations to meet objectives.
• Coordinate project schedule, plans, and key milestones with stakeholders.
• Lead meetings, document minutes, and report progress to client and team.
• Support design reviews, constructability input, and cost control.
