TTI, Inc. is seeking a senior sourcing professional to lead indirect procurement across maintenance, operations, and repair for its manufacturing sites. You will own supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and drive cost reductions while ensuring compliance and risk management.

Based in the Mexicali area, the role requires 10+ years of experience, advanced English, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve total cost of ownership and supplier performance.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or commensurate experience.
• 10+ years of sourcing or related experience with global supply chain responsibilities.
• Strategic sourcing experience with indirect spend including maintenance, repair, and operations.
• Strong negotiating skills with proven success negotiating, implementing, and managing supply agreements.
• Willingness to travel domestically and/or globally (up to 15%).

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute cross-functional sourcing strategies for maintenance, repair, and operations purchases.
• Negotiate and manage complex business agreements and contracts.
• Oversee end-to-end lifecycle of sourcing & procurement projects from planning to reporting.
• Prepare and execute RFP/RFQ and analyze quotations to drive best total cost.
• Build partnerships with internal stakeholders and suppliers to align requirements.
• Identify expertise in assigned categories and understand processes, capabilities, and trends.
• Lead supplier relationships and risk mitigation with cross-functional teams.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Commodity Analysts for high performance.
• Drive process improvements and efficiencies across procurement activities.
