Job summary

Techtronic Industries Co Mexico S De RL De CV is seeking an experienced Procurement Leader to drive sourcing strategies for maintenance, repair, and operations across manufacturing facilities. You will own supplier relationships, contract management, and cost reduction initiatives in a regional role.

The candidate will manage cross-functional teams, lead business reviews with suppliers, and ensure risk mitigation while delivering best total cost.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain/Logistics or related field, or commensurate experience.
• 10+ years of sourcing or related experience with global supply chain responsibilities.
• Strategic sourcing experience with indirect spend (maintenance, repair, and operations).
• Strong negotiating skills with proven success negotiating, implementing, and managing supply agreements.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, verbal and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 15% domestically and globally.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute cross-functionally aligned sourcing strategies for maintenance, repair, and operations purchases.
• Negotiate and manage complex business agreements and contracts.
• Manage the entire lifecycle of sourcing and procurement projects from planning and bid preparation to budget/forecasting, invoicing, and reporting.
• Prepare and execute RFPs and RFQs and analyze quotations and bids.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Commodity Analysts to build a high-performance culture.
• Maintain supplier relationships and conduct business reviews with key suppliers.
• Identify cost reduction opportunities and supplier risk mitigation.
