Responsabilidades

  • Manage end-to-end Procure-to-Pay process from requisitions to payment follow-up.
  • Create and monitor Purchase Orders and requisitions for accuracy and compliance.
  • Partner with suppliers and internal teams to resolve PO/invoice issues.
  • Develop dashboards and KPIs using Power BI/Tableau.
  • Lead international workshops and drive process improvements.

Senior Indirect Procurement Specialist – Procure-to-Pay (P2P)

We are looking for a Senior Procurement Specialist to manage and support the end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process, ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely execution of procurement activities. This role is focused on procurement operations and P2P execution , supporting internal stakeholders, suppliers, global processes, reporting, automation, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and support the end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process , from purchase requisitions and purchase order creation through invoice processing and payment follow-up.
  • Create, review, and monitor Purchase Orders (POs) and requisitions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and adherence to established procedures.
  • Partner with suppliers and internal teams to resolve issues related to purchase orders, invoices, payments, discrepancies, and exceptions.
  • Monitor procurement transactions, operational metrics, and service levels to identify issues, trends, and opportunities to improve process efficiency.
  • Analyze procurement data and develop actionable insights to support operational decision-making and process optimization .
  • Leverage Power BI, Tableau, and advanced Excel to develop dashboards, reports, KPIs, and data-driven analyses.
  • Manage or support commercial corporate card programs and global travel/TMC systems , including platforms such as Concur and ERP solutions .
  • Identify opportunities to automate workflows and improve operational efficiency through Power Automate, APIs, and AI-powered productivity tools .
  • Collaborate with cross-functional and international teams to resolve operational issues, provide solutions, and ensure consistent execution across global regions.
  • Lead and facilitate international workshops, meetings, and working sessions related to procurement processes, systems, and operational improvements .
  • Prepare clear business communications, reports, and presentations to support operational alignment and decision-making.
  • Support change management and user adoption initiatives , including KPI tracking and analysis.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to simplify processes, improve efficiency, enhance controls, and strengthen the overall stakeholder experience.
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, internal controls, and applicable business requirements.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert and trusted partner for procurement operations , providing guidance and support on complex P2P-related matters.
Requirements
  • Experience: 4+ years of experience in INDIRECT procurement operations, P2P, purchasing, or program management , including experience with corporate card programs and global travel/TMC systems such as Concur and ERP platforms.
  • English: Professional fluency in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate with global teams and participate in international workshops .
  • Technical & Analytics: Experience with Power BI/Tableau, advanced Excel, workflow automation tools such as Power Automate/APIs, and AI productivity tools .
  • Communication & Collaboration: Strong communication, presentation, workshop facilitation, and stakeholder management skills across cross-functional and global teams .
  • Change & Continuous Improvement: Experience supporting user adoption, KPI tracking, process optimization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives .
  • Procurement & P2P Expertise: Strong knowledge of the end-to-end Procure-to-Pay cycle , including requisitions, purchase orders, invoices, payments, supplier management, and operational controls.
  • Operational Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes, resolve operational issues, and implement effective solutions.
  • Organization & Execution: Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, international environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working within a Global Business Services (GBS), Shared Services, or multinational organization .
  • Experience with SAP, Oracle, Concur, or other ERP/procurement platforms .
  • Experience developing Power BI/Tableau dashboards and operational reports .
  • Knowledge of procurement governance, internal controls, compliance, and operational performance management.
  • Experience supporting global transformation, automation, process improvement, or change management initiatives .
  • Experience working with global procurement operations and stakeholders across multiple regions.
