Softtek in Mexico City is seeking an Identity and Access Management professional to join our security team. You will administer IAM solutions, manage access controls, and enhance enterprise security tooling to protect critical assets.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in cybersecurity operations, hands-on experience with security monitoring and incident response, and strong documentation and communication skills in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Cybersecurity Operations, Security Administration, or a similar role.
• Hands-on experience managing security tools and platforms in enterprise environments.
• Knowledge of security frameworks, standards, and best practices.
• Experience with security monitoring, incident response, and vulnerability management processes.
• Understanding of identity and access management concepts and controls.
• Familiarity with Windows, Linux, network security, and cloud environments.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and respond effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Administer, configure, maintain, and enhance enterprise security tools and technologies.
• Manage and support security solutions, including Antivirus and Endpoint Protection platforms.
• Manage Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions.
• Manage Access Control and Authentication tools.
• Manage Vulnerability Management platforms.
• Manage Application Security Testing and Scanning tools.
• Manage Security Monitoring and Logging solutions.
• Monitor security alerts and events, investigate incidents, and coordinate response and remediation activities.
