Job summary

Cayuse Holdings is seeking an HVAC & Maintenance Technician (Senior) with active Top Secret clearance for embassy facilities in Mexico City. The role emphasizes proactive, independent work history with a focus on quality workmanship and service in HVAC and maintenance tasks.

Qualified candidates should have 8+ years of US Embassy experience, eligibility for an overseas driver’s license, visa/work permit, and the ability to pass background and medical screenings. Bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Possess a current Top Secret security clearance.
• 8+ years of direct US Embassy experience.
• Overseas driver’s license eligibility (no suspensions).
• Eligibility for entry visa and work permit.
• Medical screening by a licensed physician.
• Background checks as required by projects.

Responsibilities

• Labor for condition monitoring, preventive and corrective maintenance of HVAC systems.
• Support non-specialized building maintenance as needed.
• Repair and maintain interior/exterior surfaces, floors, ceilings, doors, trim.
• Repair concrete floors/walls and painting as required.
• Ensure compliance with safety and embassy regulations.
