Job summary

Ey in Mexico is seeking a Buildings Services Manager to lead electrical infrastructure reliability across the Mexico network, overseeing hard facilities such as HVAC, plumbing, and power systems, and driving preventive maintenance and energy efficiency initiatives.

You will manage vendors, track KPIs and SLAs, and collaborate with regional finance while addressing critical infrastructure topics. A minimum of 10 years in electrical systems is expected, with fluent English required.

Responsibilities

• Drive electrical infrastructure reliability across the Mexico network and lead root cause analyses.
• Manage electrical energy indicators: consumption, demand, power factor and costs per site.
• Oversee hard facilities services (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, drainage) at all sites in Mexico.
• Manage building plumbing systems including water, sewage, booster pumps, and water tanks.
• Track costs and ensure compliance with regional managers and finance.
• Analyze service and asset performance data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Resolve recurring issues with internal stakeholders and escalate as needed.
• Collaborate with Procurement to manage vendors and KPI/SLA performance.
• Support rollout of regional initiatives like new tech deployments and sustainability programs.
