Job summary

JD Ross Energy is seeking an experienced HSSE Manager to lead health, safety, security and environmental activities across a major infrastructure project lifecycle. You will develop and implement the HSSE strategy, ensuring compliance with local regulations and international best practices.

As a core member of the project leadership team, you will drive a strong safety culture among contractors, suppliers and stakeholders, overseeing audits, risk assessments and incident investigations while

Qualifications

• 10+ years of HSSE leadership experience on major construction, infrastructure, energy projects.
• Experience supporting at least two large-scale CAPEX projects.
• Strong contractor and supply chain management capabilities.
• Background in marine, civil, port or heavy infrastructure construction.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the HSSE strategy, plans and assurance programmes.
• Lead HSSE risk identification, mitigation and compliance across all project phases.
• Drive proactive safety culture through leadership and stakeholder engagement.
• Manage incident reporting, investigations, corrective actions and lessons learned.
• Oversee emergency preparedness, crisis response and business continuity planning.
