Define HSSE vision, strategy and goals aligned with regulations and company framework.
Identify, assess and manage HSSE risks; support reviews, audits and safety tours.
Lead incident management, investigations and knowledge sharing.
Coordinate emergency preparedness and crisis communication with stakeholders.
Embed HSSE requirements in contracts and monitor contractor compliance.
Coordinate interfaces and high-risk activities through planning and permits.
