Capital One is seeking a Senior Risk Manager for HR Risk Management in Mexico. You will support the HR Risk Management Framework for Mexico and international operations, ensuring controls and processes align with ERM standards and local regulations.

You will work with HR, Legal, Compliance and ORM teams to strengthen governance and drive continuous improvement. The role requires collaboration with global risk functions and HR leadership to maintain a strong control environment and effective risk

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years in Risk Management, Compliance, or Internal Controls.
• 5+ years in business process management or continuous improvement, preferably HR/shared services.
• English fluency (Intermediate-Advanced) required.

Responsabilidades

• Implement and maintain the HR Risk Management Framework for Mexico and international HR operations, aligning with ERM standards.
• Maintain risk aggregation and reporting, coordinate with Global HR Risk teams for visibility of risks and mitigations.
• Lead issue and event management for HR Mexico, with timely escalation, remediation, and closure.
• Partner with Legal, Compliance and other risk functions to ensure regulatory applicability and HR control enhancements.
