Job summary

Takeda Pharmaceutical Co. in Mexico is seeking an HR Compensation Senior Analyst to support the Total Rewards Market Insights team with compensation surveys, salary benchmarking, and structure modelling for global regions.

You will develop and support compensation analytics in digital tools, assist with pay equity analytics, and collaborate across HR Technology, Compensation Operations, and business partners to deliver accurate market insights.

Qualifications

• University degree preferred with at least 3 years of relevant experience or equivalent.
• Prior compensation survey and benchmarking experience required, with experience in MarketPay or similar tool preferred.
• Expert user of Excel is required; employs data mining techniques to extract valuable insights from large datasets.
• Working knowledge of VBA, R programming or Python is required.
• Prior experience with analytics, reporting and/or dashboards in Workday, Visier or similar systems and tools is required.
• Executes complex compensation analyses independently.
• Analyzes and audits data meticulously to inform compensation decisions; maintains high attention to detail in all tasks, advising others on precision.
• Supports and delivers analytics for use in presentations; ability to simplify complex datasets and concepts into understandable information.

Responsibilities

• Compensation Benchmarking and Survey Participation using MarketPay; submit data, analyze and benchmark jobs.
• Model annual country compensation salary structures and provide input for market data presentations.
• Support pay equity analytics in collaboration with Pay Equity team and use of R-code for ETL.
• Assist with digital compensation tools and governance, including Workday operations and data analytics.
• Validate analytics in Visier; troubleshoot data between Visier, Workday and MarketPay integrations as needed.
