Carrier is seeking an experienced Manufacturing/Mechanical Engineer to support heat exchanger design, fabrication and industrialization for HVAC applications. You will coordinate with global teams to transfer knowledge, align designs, and drive production readiness across Mexico facilities.

You will lead technical investigations, oversee qualification plans, and improve manufacturability, cost, and quality while applying DFMA and robust engineering practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Materials Engineering, Thermal Engineering, or related engineering discipline.
• 5+ years of relevant engineering experience in heat exchanger design, manufacturing, product development, advanced manufacturing, or HVAC systems.
• Experience working with global and cross-functional engineering and manufacturing teams.

Responsabilités

• Provide technical support for the design, fabrication, industrialization, and manufacturing of heat exchangers for HVAC applications.
• Lead technical investigations related to production, quality, reliability, cost, manufacturability, and supplier performance.
• Serve as the primary technical liaison between global teams and Carrier manufacturing facilities in Mexico.
• Coordinate transfer of heat exchanger knowledge, standards, and design practices across global teams.
• Lead heat exchanger qualification plans, manufacturing trials, and process validation activities.
• Analyze test results and manufacturing data to ensure product and process requirements are met.
• Apply DFMA and structured engineering tools to resolve issues and improve manufacturability and cost.
