KMS Technology, Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to bridge client product leadership and engineering in healthcare technology projects.

You will translate business needs into clear, actionable development requirements, maintain a refined backlog, and collaborate with product owners, scrum masters, and QA to support Agile delivery. You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure requirements are complete, validated, and ready before development begins, driving alignment

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience as a business analyst.
• Strong experience gathering, analyzing, documenting, and managing business and functional requirements.
• Proven ability to translate high‑level objectives into epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Experience with SDLC and working with product owners, scrum masters, leadership and engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Understand objectives, user needs, and functional requirements with stakeholders.
