Formación

• 8+ years of experience in Contract negotiations, project risk review in utility or industrial sectors.
• Excellent knowledge in contractual risk management with a focus on legal and commercial negotiations.
• Must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without employer sponsorship.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure project bidding excellence through risk management review.
• Draft, review, and negotiate Master Procurement Agreements.
• Maintain internal risk approval hierarchy and record keeping.
