Job summary

KBR’s Global Asset Management (GAM) group seeks a Sr. Logistics Coordinator for the Mexicali location. You will manage receipt, storage, and shipment of Government Tooling, ensure documentation accuracy, perform cycle counts, and support audits.

Proficiency with SAP and the Government Property system (eQuip) is expected, with bilingual English/Spanish communication across U.S.-based teams. You will work on inventory control, compliance, and ERP-driven recordkeeping, ensuring smooth asset flows

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in logistics, warehouse, inventory control, or supply chain operations.
• Ability to manage and track inventory with high accuracy.
• Familiarity with SAP and eQuip systems.
• Strong organizational and recordkeeping capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage receipt, inventory, storage, issuance, utilization, and shipment of tooling.
• Ensure accuracy of shipments and maintain documentation.
• Perform cycle counts and reconcile inventories.
• Conduct inspections for quality and quantity against specs.
• Assist Government Property Site Manager with inventory processes.
• Coordinate with custodians on inventory and compliance matters.
• Support audits, metrics, and documentation in ERP and government systems.
• Maintain records in site systems and documentation processes.
• Utilize SAP and eQuip ERP systems for property management.
