Formación

• 2+ years of relevant experience in government property management.
• Ability to manage the full lifecycle of U.S. Government property.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work under supervision.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as Government Property Site Manager.
• Ensure compliance with FAR 52.245-1.
• Conduct metrics tracking and self-assessments for compliance.
• Support audits and document accuracy for property activities.

Conocimientos

Fluent in English

Fluent in Spanish

Working knowledge of U.S. Government Property regulations

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Educación

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
