Job summary

KBR is seeking an Sr Ops Coordinator in Mexicali to serve as the Government Property Site Manager within GAM. You will ensure compliance with FAR 52.245-1 and oversee receipt, inventory, storage, issuance, utilization, and shipment of government-owned property.

Under general supervision, you will support continuous improvement through metrics analysis, audits, and cross-functional collaboration with site custodians and coordinators to drive accountability and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Working knowledge of U.S. Government Property regulations, including FAR 52.245-1.
• Experience managing government property lifecycle activities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Government Property Site Manager (GOPS20) within the GAM division.
• Ensure compliance with FAR 52.245-1 across all aspects of government property management.
• Manage the full lifecycle of U.S. Government property: receipt, inventory, storage, issuance, utilization, and shipment.
• Conduct metrics tracking and self-assessments to evaluate compliance and identify improvements.
• Collaborate with Government Property Custodians and Coordinators to ensure proper processes and controls.
• Analyze issues and recommend solutions using standard procedures and compliance guidelines.
• Support audits and ensure documentation accuracy for all government property activities.
• Utilize SAP and eQuip to manage and track property records.
• Demonstrate strong communication and coordination across site teams.
