Job summary

KBR seeks a Sr Ops Coordinator located in Mexicali to oversee government property management under FAR 52.245-1. The role ensures compliance, manages receipt through shipment of government property, and drives continuous improvement via metrics and audits.

The position requires 2+ years of relevant experience, a bachelor's degree, and strong English/Spanish communication. Proficiency with SAP and eQuip is preferred, with collaboration across GAM teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent and 2+ years of experience.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. Government Property regulations (FAR 52.245-1).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Serve as Government Property Site Manager (GOPS20) within GAM.
• Ensure FAR 52.245-1 compliance across all property management.
• Manage lifecycle of U.S. Government property (receipt, inventory, storage, issuance, utilization, shipment).
• Conduct metrics tracking and self-assessments for compliance improvement.
• Collaborate with Government Property Custodians and Coordinators to maintain processes and controls.
• Analyze issues and recommend solutions using standard procedures and guidelines.
• Support audits and ensure documentation accuracy for property activities.
• Use SAP and eQuip to manage property records.
• Communicate effectively across site teams.
