Job summary

KBR’s Global Asset Management (GAM) group provides comprehensive manufacturing and supply chain solutions globally, serving both government and commercial clients. This Senior Logistics Coordinator position is located in Mexicali and focuses on Government Property management, inventory control, and ERP usage to ensure accurate records and compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in logistics, warehouse, inventory control, or supply chain operations.
• Ability to manage and track inventory with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and recordkeeping skills.
• Ability to learn and effectively utilize systems such as SAP and eQuip.
• Basic understanding of warehouse operations and inventory processes.
• Must be a Mexican Citizen or US Expat.
• Must have visa allowing travel to US when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Manage the receipt, inventory, storage, issuance, utilization, and shipment of Honeywell and Government Special Tooling
• Ensure accuracy of all incoming and outgoing shipments and maintain associated documentation and records
• Perform cycle count inventories and conduct inventory reconciliation activities
• Conduct quality and quantity inspections to ensure compliance with specifications
• Assist the Government Property Site Manager with physical inventory processes and reporting
• Coordinate with Government Property Custodians and Coordinators on inventory and compliance matters
• Support compliance metrics and audit readiness activities
• Maintain accurate records within site systems and documentation processes
• Utilize Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system (SAP) and Government Property system of record (eQuip)
• Perform other duties as assigned
