Job summary

Whiskey Library is seeking a Senior Google Ads Manager to scale our ecommerce channels for the Bourbon Mystery Box and online shop. You will own messaging, copy, and experiments across Search, Shopping, and Performance Max, collaborating with our CMO and design team.

Remote worldwide, with US Eastern hours focus, you’ll build a prioritized testing plan, measure impact on CAC, AOV and LTV, and push iterative improvements through data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Proven ecommerce Google Ads execution.
• Strong writing ability to craft brand messaging.
• Repeatable testing method with clear hypotheses and results.

Responsibilities

• Develop messaging and ad copy for Google Ads across formats.
• Own a prioritised testing plan and run focused A/B tests.
• Manage campaign structure, bidding, and budget across Search, Shopping, Performance Max.
• Ensure conversion tracking and product feeds are up-to-date and accurate.
• Analyze CAC, order value, gross profit, and LTV; separate branded from non-branded activity.
