Job summary

A lead or senior level may coordinate team activities and support procedural improvements. Requirements include a high school degree, English proficiency, four years in international freight/cargo customs, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High School degree or equivalent is required.
• Proficient in English (TOEIC 600 points) or higher.
• Four years in international freight/cargo customs policies and procedures.
• Driver's license is required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare customs forms for import/export and transshipments.
• Prepare forms detailing duties, tariffs and VAT.
• Prepare international manifests for efficient clearance.
• Ensure compliance with customs and tax laws and FedEx policies.
• Interface with customs officials and coordinate activities with internal teams.
• Communicate with customers about duties and taxes.
• Maintain organized documentation and records.
• Support station operations and related tasks as needed.
