Job summary

Qualifications

• High School degree or equivalent is required.
• Four years in international freight/cargo customs policies, procedures, rules and laws.
• Driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare customs forms for import/export and transshipments by air.
• Prepare forms detailing duties, tariffs, and VAT fees.
• Prepare international manifests for customs clearance.
• Ensure compliance with country customs and tax laws and FedEx rules.
• Interface with customs officials and coordinate activities with internal teams.
• Contact customers for information and inform them of duties.
• Maintain organized and filed customs documentation.
• Assist with baggage handling and retrieval as needed.
