Formación

• BA degree in Economics or Accounting/Finance required.
• Minimum 3 years in Payroll, Equity Compensation, Benefits, and General Accounting.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel and Office applications.
• Experience with ERP (QAD) and third-party payroll software (ADP, Paychex) and equity platforms (Carta, E*TRADE).
• Strong verbal and written communication; team player and independent contributor.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Bi-weekly payroll processing and reconciliation; support Payroll Manager with related admin.
• Identify and resolve multi-state payroll tax filing/registration matters.
• Administer Workers’ Compensation program via ADP and assist annual audit.
• Serve as resource to employees on payroll topics.
• Recommend policies to meet new statutory requirements and improve procedures.
• Ensure accurate and timely payroll withholding, remittance, and reporting.
• Design and create ADP reports with Accounting and People Operations.
• Prepare payroll-related journal entries, including month-end accrual.
• Maintain ADP payroll tables and comply with state/federal changes.
• Administer equity compensation programs; ensure timely processing of grants and vesting.
• Calculate and record stock-based compensation (ASC 718) and maintain audit schedules.
• Manage equity-related tax withholding and coordinate with payroll for W-2 reporting.
• Perform month-end activities and reconcile payroll/equity-related accounts.
