LEGO Operac. MX, SA de CV is seeking an experienced finance professional to lead and coordinate the GL and consolidation activities across the AME region.

The role will drive integration efforts for acquired Local Delivery Centers, align chart of accounts, and standardize reporting while partnering with Finance, Tax, FP&A, HR, IT and operations teams. After integration, you will own statistical reporting, financial statements, surveys, and governance, ensuring timely, accurate data and ongoing

Formación

• Strong English communication skills.
• Experience in Accounting, Financial Reporting or FP&A.
• Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions or business integrations preferred.
• Experience in multinational and matrix organizations.

Responsabilidades

• Support the financial integration of acquired entities and LDCs into the operating model.
• Coordinate integration activities across Finance, Accounting, Tax, FP&A, Operations, HR and IT.
• Assist data migration, chart of accounts alignment, reporting structures and systems harmonization.
• Manage monthly and yearly closing and prepare statistical reports and management reporting.
