Trimble Inc. in Mexicali is seeking a seasoned Manager, North America General Ledger to lead a team of accountants, streamline close processes, and strengthen internal controls across NA operations.

You will oversee GL close in ERP, coordinate with auditors, ensure SOX compliance, and deliver monthly financial reporting while guiding policy implementation and a performance-driven culture. This role requires 10+ years of accounting experience, CPA or MBA bonus, and hands-on experience with Oracle

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required.
• 10 years accounting experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and regulatory experience.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee general ledger close activities within the ERP system.
• Lead and develop an accounting team, review processes and reconciliations.
• Coordinate with senior finance leaders for analyses and reporting.
• Ensure SOX controls and compliance across general accounting.
• Liaise with internal/external auditors for audits.
• Prepare monthly financial and management reporting packages.
• Establish and enforce policies and procedures to improve decisions.
