Job summary

Flix is seeking an Expert General Ledger Accountant to join the Central Accounting Team. The role focuses on leading GL processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance across entities, and driving continuous improvement in financial operations.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of GL experience, IFRS knowledge, and strong collaboration with regional and headquarters teams. A hybrid work model and opportunities for growth are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
• 8+ years in accounting or finance with GL focus.
• Experience with IFRS and financial reporting.
• Experience with ERP systems, Oracle Fusion.

Responsibilities

• Lead GL accounting across entities during monthly, quarterly, and yearly close.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance reporting.
• Support audits and maintain internal control documentation.
• Collaborate with regional and HQ teams; drive process improvements.
• Identify and implement accounting transformation initiatives.
