EPAM Systems, Inc. in Mexico is seeking a Chief Full-Stack Developer with Java and GCP expertise to lead architecture and delivery across commerce platforms.

You will drive technical decisions, scale backend services, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align solutions with business goals. The role demands strong leadership, 7+ years of experience, and hands-on proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, ReactJS, REST APIs and cloud platforms (GCP/Azure).

Formación

• 7+ years of relevant experience in software development.
• Proven leadership experience with teams (2+ years).
• Strong backend with Java and Spring Boot; frontend with ReactJS.
• Experience building REST APIs and microservices.
• Exposure to AI-assisted workflows and backend integrations.
• Cloud experience with GCP and/or Azure; strong English communication.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain backend services for commerce domains (payments, loyalty, promotions).
• Lead AI-driven checkout flows with validations and safeguards.
• Ensure scalability, reliability, and compliance across systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape technical solutions.
• Participate in code reviews to uphold quality, performance, security.
• Guide team members and influence long-term architectural decisions.
• Identify and resolve production issues promptly.
