Paystand is seeking a talented Full-Stack Engineer to architect and implement user-facing components of the Paystand open banking network. As a member of our dynamic team, you will collaborate closely with product owners, designers, and fellow engineers to craft web applications that redefine user interactions.

We seek candidates with 7+ years of experience, strong full-stack capabilities, and a proven track record in AI-native development, architecture, and scalable fintech solutions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience delivering products from concept to production.
• Strong full-stack capability across frontend, backend, data, and integrations.
• Experience with AI-assisted or AI-native development and model integration.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture and implementation of user-facing parts of Paystand’s systems.
• Design and develop reusable libraries and frameworks for complex web applications.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to other engineers.
• Collaborate with product owners, designers, and engineers to ensure high-quality user experiences.
