Qualifications

• 3+ years of front-end development experience with modern web apps.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and React in production environments.
• Experience with code reviews and providing constructive feedback.
• Strong UI engineering capabilities and translating UI/UX into high-quality code.
• Experience in unit and end-to-end testing.
• Knowledge of performance optimization for fast load times and smooth interactions.
• Ability to debug complex issues across browsers and devices.
• Understanding of Generative AI fundamentals and GenAI tool usage.
• Familiarity with prompt engineering for multi-step instructions.
• Awareness of AI safety and data sensitivity boundaries.
• Proven collaboration with product, design, backend, and QA teams.
• Upper-Intermediate English proficiency (B2).

Responsibilities

• Design highly responsive, user-friendly web applications.
• Architect reusable libraries and UI frameworks that scale and perform well.
• Build accessible, cohesive user interfaces with product, design, and backend peers.
• Translate UI/UX wireframes into production-quality React code and share feedback.

• Lead code reviews to sustain quality and accelerate learning.
• Analyze performance and optimize load times and interactions.
• Debug complex issues across browsers and devices.
• Implement unit and end-to-end testing to minimize regressions.
• Coordinate with QA to catch issues early and resolve defects before releases.
• Adopt GenAI tools to automate routine work and improve delivery workflows.
• Drive continuous improvement by modern frontend practices.
