You will lead projects from concept to launch, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure quality and regulatory compliance.

We seek a seasoned flavor chemist with 10+ years of hands-on experience and a certification from the Society of Flavor Chemists. Strong analytical and mentoring skills are essential for success.

Formación

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Food Science or Chemistry.
• 10+ years of flavor creation and development experience in beverage, dairy or sweet categories.
• Fully certified flavor chemist credentials (Society of Flavor Chemists) or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements for Mexican and international flavors.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
