Competenze

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
Experience in Finance, Controllership, FP&A, Supply Chain Finance, Cost Accounting, or Business Finance.
Strong finance analysis and problem-solving skills.
Advanced Excel skills; SAP, Power BI, and financial systems experience preferred.
Ability to influence stakeholders and communicate financial concepts effectively.
English proficiency and experience working in cross-functional environments.

Mansioni

Lead financial analysis to support profitability, inventory, cost management, and free cash flow.
Influence decisions through scenario planning, risk assessments, and recommendations.
Partner with Supply Chain, Deliver, Planning, Commercial, Trade Ops, and I2C teams to drive performance.
Develop executive-ready insights and dashboards linking operations to finance outcomes.
Support BP, JU, NU planning cycles and performance reviews.
Drive continuous improvement, automation, and data-quality initiatives.
