Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 6+ years in Consulting, Strategic Marketing, Key Account Management, Market Access, and Innovation.
• Commercial experience within Life-sciences and Healthcare, preferably Medical Device Industry.
• MBA preferred in Public Health, Health Economics, or Market Access.
• Experience leading end-to-end customer solution development, including opportunity identification, solution design, business case creation, stakeholder alignment, implementation, and value realization.
• Strong negotiation, networking, and stakeholder management skills across internal and external environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Mexico Innovative Solutions strategy, aligned with priorities and customer needs.
• Partner with Health Economics, KAMs, MAF and Account Leads to define and implement innovative customer solutions.
• Lead end-to-end implementation of innovative solutions with governance and milestones.
• Represent Innovative Solutions in regional forums and customer discussions, influencing decisions.
• Sponsor strategic transformation initiatives to accelerate adoption and growth.
• Monitor ROI and business outcomes, translating results into clear narratives and dashboards.
