Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field or a relevant professional qualification.
• At least three years of relevant experience in accounting/finance.
• Proven analytical skills with the ability to investigate issues and turn findings into recommendations.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel, and comfort with financial systems and data.

Responsibilities

• Drive financial planning and forecasting, including complex budget analyses and revenue forecasts.
• Analyze financial performance, variances, and provide actionable insights for senior leaders.
• Lead monthly close, reporting, and control activities to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Develop and review analyses and management reports to inform strategic decisions.
• Support audit readiness and address process improvements to strengthen controls.
